Sony has announced two new compact audio systems. “They may be minimalist in style, but come packed with features,” says a Sony PR spokeswoman.
Both feature a docking station for an iPod, a slot loading CD player, a USB port and an integrated AM/FM radio, while the NAS-Z200iR adds PC streaming and internet radio.
That’s because the NAS-Z200iR comes with a Wi-Fi function, which allows easy wireless data transfer so you can access the music library on your PC and play your tracks back on the Z200iR.

It also comes with an intuitive remote control with a 3.5-inch LCD display.
Both the NAS-Z200iR and CMT-Z100iR can also be wall mounted with a VESA wall bracket (a standard mount used for TVs).
The CMT-Z100iR will be available this month and the NAS-Z200iR from mid September.
