If you want Nokia’s new Comes with Music mobile phone, the 5310, then
you’ll be pleased to know that the Carphone Warehouse has cut the price
of the handset by a third.
The phone usually costs £127.18, but the retailer has knocked £45 off
the cost if you buy £10 worth of airtime either on Orange or on Virgin
Mobile.
The phone features Comes with Music, which allows users to download as
many music tracks as they like for a yearly subscription. But while
these tracks cannot be shared with your friends in their original
state, some enterprising people have managed to sidestep the DRM protection by recording the track at high speed as an MP3 file.
