Vodafone gets mitts on Nokia N8

If you are on the Vodafone network, you may want to get your hands on Nokia’s new Symbian ^3-powered smartphone, the N8.

The new device’s OS supports functionality such as multi-touch, flick scrolling and pinch-zoom and you can also create personalised home screens with your favourite apps and widgets (much like you can on the iPhone or Android).

Nokia is bigging up the OS’s multi-tasking abilities (i.e. it can run more than one app at a time).

The N8 boasts a huge AMOLED touchscreen with HD capabilities and Dolby Digital Plus surround sound.

There is also an HD-capable 12-megapixel camera that features video and photo editing abilities.
