Nokia‘s flagship Nseries device for 2009 – the Nokia N97 in case you were wondering – will be available for eight weeks from the 26 June in a "stylish" white variation exclusively from retailer Phones 4u.
The Nokia N97 White will "receive full store coverage across Phones 4u’s UK retail estate" – which we think means they’ll be promoting it fairly heavily in shops.
Both the exclusive white phone and the black version are available to pre-order from Phones 4u today. Both phones will be available FREE from £40 a month on multiple networks (to be confirmed shortly).
The Nokia N97 is also the first Nokia device to feature one-touch access to the Ovi download store, with access to applications, videos, podcasts, web and location-based services.
"Our customers are young, highly tech-savvy and their mobile phone is the most important piece of equipment they own," said Brendan Sweeney, Phones 4u MD, pushing some OAPs out of his store (not really).
"They crave the very latest and best in mobile technology and so we are delighted to be partnering with Nokia to exclusively offer them the Nokia N97 White."
