Vodafone quashes Palm Pre rumours

Vodafone has stamped on rumours that it would tie up a deal to exclusively launch in the latest iPhone killer, the Palm Pre. 

The mobile operator told IT news website IT Pro that it had no such plans for an exclusive deal. Rumour had previously circulated that Vodafone had managed to bag the Palm Pre all for itself.

Any negotiations between the two companies are still in early days at
the moment, so who knows what is happening. We just hope that someone
manages to shove 3G into the phone.
