Best_Buy_logoIf your name’s Harry Potter, Hermione Granger or Ron Weasley, for once you may be in luck. Forget the abuse you’ve taken since the boy wizard started his literary and movie adventures – you now have the chance to snatch a bargain at Best Buy.

Following the film release of Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part One, Best Buy has announced that it will offer the six-film Harry Potter Blu-ray boxset and a Blu-ray player for just £7 if your name is the same as a major character in Harry Potter.

The boxset and the Toshiba Blu-ray player would normally sell for a total of £124.98.

“From Friday 19 November until Sunday 21 November, all UK residents who can prove their legal name is Harry Potter, Hermione Granger or Ron Weasley will be able to take advantage of this offer in all six Best Buy UK stores,” a Best Buy spokesperson said.

Best Buy has stores in Thurrock (Essex), Hedge End (Southampton), Merry Hill (West Midlands), Aintree (Liverpool), Croydon and Derby, with further stores opening in Bristol, Nottingham, Enfield, Rotherham and Hayes in 2011.
