Consumer champion Which? has launched its own mobile comparison site, named (yes, you guessed it) Which? Mobile. The site is free to use and “fully independent”, drawing on the company’s “rigorous research” to help people find the best deals on phones and networks, using a huge array of handset and tariff combinations.
“Whether you want a flash new handset, more free minutes or you’re simply fed up with poor customer service, there’s a deal out there for you. The only problem is finding it, and that’s where Which? Mobile comes in,” said Steve Pitman, head of digital at Which?.
“Which? Mobile is a free and easy-to-use service offering expert impartial advice to find the ideal mobile package to suit your needs.”
As well as in-depth reviews of the latest handsets, Which? Mobile will also include free access to Best Buy information that’s usually only available to Which? subscribers.
Access to the UK’s largest mobile phone satisfaction survey means that consumers will also be able to see which networks offer the best customer service.
