Sony_MDR-370Sony‘s holding a party for its headphones. On its guest list: style, colour, comfort, value and great audio… Yes, the company has announced four new additions to its range of headphones that it describes as “fun”, “funky” and apparently “sounding as good as they look”.

The new MDR-570, MDR-370, MDR-EX77 and MDR-EX57 headphones by Sony are available from April 2010.

“The light, stylish new closed design features a slim headband and pressure-relieving urethane cushioned ear-pads for extra wear comfort. You’ll enjoy superb sound quality with extended frequency response thanks to the 30mm Neodymium driver that can handle up to a generous 1000mW input power.”

“Like the MDR-570, the colourful new MDR-370 features pressure-relieving urethane ear-pad cushions for ultimate comfort, plus an extra slim, adjustable headband. Its 30mm Neodymium driver also offers high 1000mW power handling for smooth, low distortion reproduction. Weighing just 52g, it includes a convenient cord adjuster to cut the mess of tangled wires.”
